My stay at Casa Nawalli was a mixed bag. while the views from the rooftop were amazing, the trouble started with my initial room setup. I was placed in a basement room that was far from the advertised superior suite. However, the later room was much better, and the staff was consistently pleasant.

I had booked a superior suite but was placed in a basement room that was not clean or safe. Although I enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff and the hotel’s charm, the location proved inconvenient due to steep cobbled streets, which made it challenging to explore the area easily.
